Unlike a traditional internship, the Management Training Program enables students to join prestigious partner establishments in the United States, the United Kingdom and other international destinations, including Asia and Latin America, as full-time employees. These paid placements provide first-hand experience of international hospitality standards while helping students develop the operational and managerial skills sought after by the industry.

Depending on the host establishment, additional benefits may be offered, such as accommodation, meals or other employment-related perks. Students wishing to continue their professional experience in France can also complete this year-long placement with one of Luxury Hotelschool Paris’s partner companies.
