This intensive 2-month prep course is designed for students with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) who want to switch careers into luxury hospitality and prepare for entry into the European Master’s “Business Development Manager”. Designed for applicants from other sectors, this foundation course quickly gives you the essential grounding to join the European Master’s. In just two months, you will gain a practical understanding of standards of excellence, the codes of luxury and how high-end hotels operate.

Intensive prep course programme (2 months)

  • How major international hotel groups are organised and operate.
  • Analysis of luxury hotels and resorts to understand the guest experience and industry standards.
  • Table arts, gastronomy and wine: everything you need to master luxury culture.
  • Hotel visits and meetings with professionals for direct immersion.
Each module combines theory, case studies and practice for a well-rounded experience.

Then join the Master’s in luxury hospitality

After the prep course, you can join the European Master’s “Business Development Manager”, International Luxury Hospitality track: a two-year programme in Paris taught entirely in French, leading to a Level 7 professional qualification registered with the RNCP (RNCP 41966). The programme develops key skills in business development strategy, marketing, financial management, operations management and performance management, with two exceptional 5-month internships in luxury hotels. Available as a work-study programme from September or full-time with a January intake, it prepares you for management roles in international luxury hospitality.
