Unlike a traditional internship, the Management Training Program places students in renowned partner establishments in the United States, the United Kingdom and other international destinations (Asia, Latin America) as full-time employees. These paid positions offer immersion in international hospitality standards and build the operational and management skills the industry is looking for.
