The European Student Card

Upon your arrival, you will receive the European Student Card, whether you are a European or non-European citizen. Please note that this card is not linked to the Erasmus Charter. If you would like to learn more about the benefits of this card, please visit the European Student Card website.

This card is the European adaptation of the student card and offers various advantages:

  • Administrative documents are digitized and available in one place.
  • Students can update their profile and documents more quickly and easily.
  • It offers students discounts for cultural activities (cinema, etc.).

Contribution to Student and Campus Life (CVEC)

When enrolling at the Luxury Hotelschool, you will be required to obtain and send your CVEC certificate to the school's administration team to finalize your registration. This is a financial contribution mandated by the French government to support student life services and campus activities. To better understand the CVEC, you can directly visit the official CVEC website.

Your enrollment at our school cannot be completed without this certificate, so obtaining it is essential.

This CVEC contribution applies to all enrolled students.

You must pay a fee of €95 per academic year, payable online on the government’s website. You will then receive a CVEC payment certificate.
