A privileged partner of the school, the Palace le Shangri-La Paris sponsors the 2020 cohort of the Luxury Hotelschool. General Manager Guy Bertaud received the students at the year's start to welcome them to the world of hospitality and the world of luxury. The Palace will participate throughout the year in the training of the promotion that it sponsors through the Luxury Experience programme, A night at the Palace, open days and placements as well. Arnaud Lallement, triple Michelin star chef, is sponsoring the 2019 cohort of the Luxury Hotelschool Paris and will sponsor the graduation ceremony in 2020. For the first time, it is a grand chef that the Luxury Hotelschool has the honor of counting among its sponsors. Arnaud Lallement will chair the school’s graduation ceremony in the lavish setting of Pavilion Ledoyen, where his friend and chef Yannick Alléno also runs a 3-star restaurant. Great gastronomy has a special place in the world of luxury and it is an area in which France excels. It is a unique mix of rigor and creativity and a management model based on sharing experience and learning that our students must understand.
