Perched on a cliff, 300m above sea level, Belmond Hotel Caruso is a heavenly place between sky and sea, a private balcony on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. It is here, south of Pompeii, that Zoé Gotti carries out his late 1st year Bachelor internship at the Luxury Hotelschool.

“As a receptionist and concierge agent, I take care of the telephone exchange that manages the heart and smooth functioning of communication in all the departments of the hotel. For the concierge, I take care of taking the reservations of guests according to their needs while offering them the best options offered by the hotel: restaurant, spa treatments, gym session, transportation, excursions, tourist activities, and medical services offered by the hotel, introduced this year due to COVID 19.”
