“For my very first experience in the reception, the Regina Biarritz Hotel & Spa, facing the Atlantic Ocean by the sea, is an ideal setting,” appreciates Victoria Thébault who is doing her end-of-2nd year Bachelor internship at the Luxury Hotelschool.

An iconic Belle Époque building built in 1906, the Regina is a 5-star hotel from the Accor Group's MGallery Collection. “History, location and interior design with Art Deco inspiration make the Regina an icon of the Basque Coast.”

Victoria's missions are rich and diverse: reception, booking, concierge and answers to some customer reviews online. “After a few weeks, I have a very positive impression. There is great cohesion within the team and each person, with their different background, has special knowledge to share. You feel directly integrated and comfortable, which greatly helps to assimilate knowledge and take initiatives.”

“The courses we take at the Luxury Hotelschool hotel school allow us to start our internships with a certain background, very varied knowledge, whether in operational areas such as accommodation or more theoretical, very useful in internships to observe management with Management & Leadership, in particular. This promotes our job takeover and integration.”
