Management of well-being and eco-responsibility
Our concept of luxury is understood in an environment where enthusiasm, precision and passion replace stress; where management is at the service of the teams, authentic and ethical, and offers support rather than supervision, training too, in a balanced and human relationship. It is in this spirit that we cultivate the well-being of our students, as evidenced by our “Happy at School” accreditations. It is also in this spirit that the school has initiated a social responsibility approach that includes raising students' awareness of the environmental approach and respect for nature. In particular, the Master students worked for a year on the Green project aimed at promoting sustainable practices in the luxury hotel industry.
In recent years, the Luxury Hotelschool has reduced its paper consumption and introduced recycled paper and has also, at the initiative of students, reduced the presence of plastic in restaurants and in everyday life, including replacing all cups with mugs.
