Since 2013 at the Luxury Hotelschool, he teaches marketing to Bachelor students and supervises serious hotel management games. Improving the ability of our students to identify, analyze and act on key variables that influence the performance of a hotel is its goal. “By making consistent decisions and understanding their impact on a hotel's operational and financial results, our students develop strong skills.”

All sectors and activities of the hotel industry are studied: yield management, sales promotion, engineering menu, maintenance, procurement and personnel management. “In support of the theoretical courses we teach, this exercise in the conditions of reality allows our students to better understand the relationship between the different functions of a hotel and a restaurant, but also to measure their impact on the performance of the institution.”
