Apprenticeship at hotel school to experience luxury

On an apprenticeship contract at Bristol Paris, as a governess, Chayma Bentchakal is alternating between the Bachelor of Management for Luxury Hospitality at the Luxury Hotelschool hotel school.

“The Luxury Hotelschool hotel school makes us work on concrete situations that we are confronted with on a daily basis. Management courses are the ones I prefer because they allow me to put theory into practice, in the field, to collaborate effectively with chambermaids and to be in agreement with other services. In addition, the Luxury Hotelschool offers us a luxurious, very pleasant setting that is conducive to better learning.”

Chambermaid in Bristol between February and September 2022, Chayma received a proposal from the Palace Governor-General to alternate to the post of Governor-General. “The values of Bristol fully seduced me because they combine kindness, development and work. This alternating position of governess fills Chayma who, already, has taken the opportunity to take on responsibilities: checking the rooms and the quality of service, reporting information and coordinating with the departments concerned in the event of technical problems... “I also make sure, and this is very important to me, that the maids are well, that they do not lack anything with a daily update with each of them.”
