“Every day, thanks to the responsibilities and autonomy that I have, I build myself as a hotelier and no longer as a student.” After obtaining her Bachelor's degree at the Luxury Hotelschool and waiting for the Master's degree, in 2022, Anne-Gaëlle Bellanger completed her final internship at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine, a magnificent 5* boutique hotel (85 rooms and suites) advocating a family atmosphere.

“In the sales & marketing department, we are a team of 3 people: the Sales & Marketing Director, who mainly deals with the strategy of the hotel and the LLL (Luxury Lifestyle Leisure) segment, a colleague in charge of the “Corporate” segment and myself who is responsible for the Groups & Events segment.” Within this team, communication is crystal clear, decision-making is fast, creativity and the exchange of ideas are ongoing. “My missions are multiple, covering prospecting, drawing up estimates and managing group and event requests from A to Z: hotel visits, negotiations, exchanges with our external partners (DJ, sound system, animation and activities, transport...) to personalize each service as much as possible...”

“Communication is essential: internally, first, so that operational departments can deliver a service of excellence. Every week, we organize an operational event meeting to pass on all the important information to each department of the hotel. Communication with the client is also essential and permanent to fully understand the expectations and DNA of the event organized. On site, on the day of the event, I ensure respect and perfection of every detail and strive to respond to last-minute requests.”

"Mes cours à la Luxury Hotelschool m’ont très bien préparée pour mener chaque processus de création d'un évènement ou d’accueil d'un groupe. Notamment Business & Marketing Strategy, au cours duquel nous devions mettre en valeur les points forts d’un l’hôtel. A l’école, nous avons également beaucoup travaillé notre prise de parole, étudié le management interculturel ou l’œnologie, un atout précieux pour un cocktail par exemple."
