An internship in the only Palace in the Caribbean
Welcome to the heart of the only establishment in the world to hold the Palace distinction outside the borders of France. It is here, in this sumptuous Caribbean setting, the Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France, that Aude Adélaïde carries out her internship at the end of the 1st year of hotel management at the Luxury Hotelschool hotel school.
With its 61 rooms and its 650 m² villa, the Palace Cheval Blanc St-Barth is distinguished by the plurality of landscapes between mountains, sea and sky.
Booking agent until June, Aude will then be housekeeper from July to August. “As an Ambassador, my main mission is to convey the House's Values by perfectly mastering the excellence of service required by the world leader in luxury. My goal is to enrich myself as much as possible by accumulating knowledge related to the sector, to optimize my network and, above all, to satisfy customers!”
Cheval Blanc St-Barth has a Guerlain Spa and two restaurants (La Case and La Cabane) designed by Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert.
