Composed of 68 rooms and suites, the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal has the Restaurant Le Café 52, the Bar du Café 52, a Spa Holidermie and a fitness center. Within the Conciergie/Guest Relation department, Jade fulfills her daily role of magnifying the customer experience and journey.

We learn a lot and are prepared not to be caught off guard once in the field.”
