Our commitment to CSR

The Luxury Hotelschool is fully committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

This is a major issue in our society and education must adopt a more responsible approach from an environmental and societal point of view.

We are raising awareness of these issues among our students and taking steps to improve working and teaching conditions as well as our approach to environmental issues.
In recent years, the Luxury Hotelschool has reduced its paper consumption and introduced recycled paper.

We have also significantly reduced plastic use in restaurants and in everyday life, notably by replacing all disposable cups with mugs.

In the same way, we are reducing waste, using electric vehicles for our deliveries and digitising a significant proportion of our processes.
At the Luxury Hotelschool, we train responsible managers, ensuring these managers understand CSR and are committed to their teams' well-being.

To underpin these efforts, the school has also embarked on an initiative to raise students' awareness of the environment and respect for nature.

The Master's students, for example, worked for a year on a Green project to promote sustainable practices in the luxury hotel industry.
Opening up our training courses to as many people as possible is an integral part of our approach to CSR and inclusion.

In France, our one or three-year work-study Bachelor's programme enables everyone to enter the world of top-of-the-range hotels by financing their studies through an apprenticeship contract with the hotels.

In France, we are also working alongside associations that help people who are currently far removed from the high-end world to take the first step towards becoming part of it.
